What a fantastic service. What I thought was a disaster was averted by the speedy, professional, and very polite, service provided by Greenways. I made the call at 10.20pm and the job was done by midnight, including the hour it took for Dave to get to my house from his home. In this day of companies over promising and under achieving, I feel this was truly brilliant customer service. The service is without fault. After putting the wrong fuel in, driving and breaking down and having to be recovered home, Greenways came to my home the following day at a pre arranged time and got my car started.

Hi, I just wanted to thank the employee that drained my fuel tank. He didn’t get all the fuel out initially, not his fault. Then came back in the pouring rain and did it again. Please pass on my thanks, and I will recommend your company if I know anyone else who makes the same mistake as me.

Thanks for rescuing the wife today after she managed to fill the petrol Mondeo with diesel. I am in Spain and she was in Bournemouth on a family visit. She said that your guy did a wonderful job and only left when he was satisfied that the car was 100% sorted. Even went to the garage with her to fill up with PETROL!!

Thanks for a super fast and efficient service yesterday (Sunday) I thought I was the only person to put Petrol into a Diesel vehicle, after speaking to Johnny (Who was very polite to me and my wife) I was shocked to be told that I was only one of a lot of people who did this.

With over 4800 drains and counting, Greenways has 99.9% success rate. We also have latest and up to date engine management diagnostic equipment for all vehicles in case of any faults displayed by the vehicle ECU (engine management system)
